Company history/background

For sale is a mineral water production facility in southwestern Poland, 80 km from Wroclaw in the Lower Silesian Voivodeship. The natural mineral water springs are owned by the company and the company has a production license of 70 million liters of premium mineral water per year, with a current new license for 30 years, renewable after 2049. Currently, 18.9 L bottles are bottled for the water cooler market. The production line is from Universal Aqua Technologies USA, model Babyworks 300. Bulk production in containers of 1000L and larger is also possible. The sale includes all real estate, machinery and storage equipment, office furniture and equipment. The total area of the company is 12 ha, of which 20,000 m2 are building plots with various expansion and investment opportunities, such as storage, infrastructure, housing, production areas.

Company activities

The company currently bottles for the 5 gallon water cooler market. Only a small percentage of the 70 million gallon bottling license is currently used, less than 5%. The company is looking for an investor to produce more products, smaller glass bottle packs, premium brand, high average selling price, similar to Voss mineral water (Norway) and Fiji mineral water. This will require investment in a new or used glass bottle production line, and additional storage space. The export markets for these products are the Middle East and Asia.

This is a mineral water company in Poland, which has been in existence for more than 25 years. The production location is located in a unique ecological green mountain area, with the highest possible quality mineral water. Due to the location, focus on quality, exclusive packaging, premium product is preferred to mass production in PET bottles. The company has a license to bottle 2.1 billion liters of mineral water until 2049. Talks have already begun with a Middle East distribution company. The water company is currently owned by 1 private individual from the Netherlands.
