Company history/background

Verkauft wird ein 50% GmbH-Anteil an einer Holding, die v.a. Kommanditanteile an drei Windparks im Nominalwert von 1.500.000 EUR (Marktpreis 3.000.000 EUR) haelt. Alle Windparks wurden gerade repowert, erhalten also fuer weitere 20 Jahre eine feste EEG-Verguetung. Kalkulierte Ausschuettungen liegen bei 350% je Nominalwert.

Bsp.: 20% Ausschuettung pro Jahr auf 1.500.000 EUR ergeben 300.000 EUR Ausschuettung. 

Als Kaufpreis habe ich fest 750.000 EUR vorgesehen. Ich verkaufe also zum Nominalwert. ROI kann somit sehr schnell erreicht werden. Ueber einen etwaigen Ausschuettungsverzicht fuer meine Anteile kann man sprechen. 

Die Windparkanteile koennen nicht entwickelt werden, es handelt sich um eine reine Vermoegensbeteiligung, die ansonsten nicht zu pflegen oder zu managen ist.
