Company history/background
We started this group accommodation 10 years ago and have since expanded into a very profitable company with a high occupancy rate. The on-site staff works on an on-call basis. Cleaning is provided by a local cleaning company. Bed and linen is provided by a regional laundry. You buy a beautiful and well-maintained group accommodation with a regular clientele, website and all bookings. The plot is 1650 m2 and the house has a living area of 490 m2.

Our customers mainly come from Germany, Belgium and the Netherlands. 40% are annual returning customers. The house is located in the Eifel in Germany, close to the large city of Aachen and travel time from Eindhoven to the house is 2 hours. The house has a permit to rent it out as a group accommodation.
