The bike storeis an owner-managed company in sunny area of Malaga/ Andalusia (Spain). We founded it in 2019 and would now like to hand over/sell our company (including inventory) due to our move abroad.
Company activities
Our shop is in absolute pole position and has no other competitors in the surrounding area. There is also plenty of through traffic and parking spaces right in front of the door. Our portfolio includes 3 main strands:
- Trade in bicycles (specializing in city and mountain bikes, especially e-bikes), the sale of spare parts and accessories
- Service and workshop
- Rental of bicycles
- guided Tours
The store is open all year round, regardless of high or low season, and has a very good utilisation. Bicycle rental is an extremely strong business, especially in the high season months (June to October).
Unique selling points
We have a catchment area of around 216,000 inhabitants (+ tourists). Our customers consist of loyal and long-standing regular customers of all nationalities as well as a large number of walk-in customers. We are particularly popular with our German-speaking customers. The team consists of 5 employees who are employed all year round. Our team includes the former Andalusian downhill champion, who is very well known in this scene. We have well-maintained supplier relationships over many years and therefore have a monopoly on various brands as well as attractive purchasing conditions.
